RingCentral On-Hold Playlist Upload
Uploading your Custom On Hold Playlist to RingCentral
If your file was emailed to you, save the attached .MP3 file to your computer.
Sign in to your RingCentral Admin Portal
Click the Phone System tab.
Click the Groups dropdown, then Call Queues.
Select the call queue you want to upload your AceOnHold Playlist to.
Click Greeting & Hold Music, and scroll to the bottom to Music Settings.
Enable Hold Music if not already.
Click Edit.
Set Audio to Custom if it's not already selected.
Click the Red Dot, then Browse to select the on hold audio file you saved to your computer.
If this is your first time uploading you simply click Browse.
Click Done.
Lastly, click Save.
Uploading to "English Sales" and "English Service", should be sufficient for most configurations
