🔧 RingCentral On-Hold Playlist Upload


✅ Step 1: Log in to the Website Portal

  1. Go to the RingCentral Admin portal.

  2. Sign in with your Admin credentials.

✅ Step 2: Navigate the Phone System Settings

  1. At the top, select “Phone System”.

  2. Click the Groups dropdown, then Call Queues.

✅ Step 3: Locate the Hold Music Section

  1. Select the call queue you want to modify.

    Notes
    (*Updating the two call queues, "English Sales" and "English Service", should be sufficient for most configurations*)

  2. Click on the Greeting & Hold Music dropdown.

✅ Step 4: Upload Audio File

  1. Click the “Edit” button next to Hold Music.

  2. Choose: "Custom"

  3. Click Upload and select your audio file.

    Notes
    Make sure the Hold Music checkbox is enabled

✅ Step 5: Save Your Changes

  1. After uploading, click “Done”, and then “Save”.

  2. Your new on-hold music will take effect immediately or shortly thereafter.
