If you do not know your password, click "Lost your password?" underneath the login button:

Click the "AceStudio" link near the top-right side of the page:

Next, pick the playlist you'd like to download. In this case, we want to pick the Allstate playlist for September:

Within the playlist, you are able to modify messages and music as you see fit. However, in most cases, we recommend leaving the monthly playlist messaging as-is. These playlist are hand-curated to coincide with recommended products for each month, and the playlist is approved by the Allstate Home Office.

To create your download, click the "DOWNLOAD" button:

A download prompt should appear. Choose a location to save the file and click the "Save" button:
